Orders for standard jewellery pieces from the Veloura Gold collection can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. For custom-designed pieces, once the design phase has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
At Veloura Gold, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return standard jewellery items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Custom-made jewellery, engraved pieces, and certain promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature.
To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at contact@VelouraGold.shop. You will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds for gold and diamond jewellery will be calculated based on the weight and purity of the metal and the quality of the stones, as per the prevailing market rates at the time of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
